We usually return most ironing within 24-48 hours.
Items should be sent either neatly on coat hangers or folded up into bags. Bags which have washing squashed into a bag may experience higher charges due to the length of time required to remove the creases. Plastic covers should be returned with the basket/bag to avoid additional costs.
A steam wash will always produce much better results when it comes to ironing and we always recommend people use this setting on their washer if it is available. Please ensure to not overload your washer as this can cause excessive creasing within your clothes.
Did you know you can swap your fabric softener with a cup of white vinegar? It leaves everything beautifully fresh and it doesn’t clog up your washer!
Try not to over-dry the ironing in a dryer as this may impact the final results.
